The nation's kitchen, and the last night of the journey.
Its old name, tenka no daidokoro, the nation's kitchen, still holds: the stalls of Kuromon Market, the lights over the canal at Dotonbori, and counters where the cooking is done in front of you. Above it all stands the castle, its keep rising from walls of enormous stones.
