2.3 You acknowledge that a breach of this clause would cause us harm not adequately compensated by damages, and that we may seek injunctive relief in addition to any other remedy.

3.1 The site is for general information. Tour and product details are indicative and may change. Nothing on the site is an offer, a guarantee, or advice on which you should rely.

3.2 Where you book a tour or buy a product, the applicable terms prevail over anything on the site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is", and we do not warrant that it will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of any website we do not control.

6.1 Nothing in these terms excludes any right or remedy you have that cannot lawfully be excluded. This clause prevails over the rest of these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you indemnify us, and each person referred to in clause 6.3, against any claim, loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from your breach of these terms, including any misuse of the site, any scraping, harvesting, or extraction of its content, any use of our content to develop or train software or a model, or any use of our content to plan, arrange, or undertake independent travel, except to the extent caused by us.

We may change the site and these terms at any time. The version in force when you use the site applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The courts of Queensland have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any right you have that cannot lawfully be excluded to bring proceedings elsewhere.
