For travel advisers
This page is for travel advisers and agencies whose clients are considering Japan. Luxury Japan Travel plans, organises and runs private tours of Japan. Your commission on every published tour is taken as a net discount on our invoice to you, a Custom Tour of Japan carries a referral acknowledgment, and we send written terms on approval. We work with a small number of approved advisers.

How it works
You introduce your client to us in writing, with their details, before they contact us directly, using the first form below.
We plan, organise and run the journey, and we speak with your client directly on every operational matter, so nothing is lost between your introduction and their departure.
On a published tour your client receives a Tour Director beside them for the whole journey, a group that never exceeds eight, and the itinerary book; on a Custom Tour of Japan, a journey designed for their party alone. You bill your client, and we send you written terms on approval.
preferred agent status
Preferred Agent status
Advisers who work with us regularly may be invited to Preferred Agent status: early access to new tour dates before public release, priority allocation on limited departures, and a dedicated contact within our Trade Partnerships desk.

Registration and questions
If you are not yet registered with us, use the second form to register as a trade partner. Registration needs an agency email address, and we send the terms on approval.
We do not supply guests to destination management companies or other operators, and unsolicited sales approaches receive no reply. For any question, write to our Trade Partnerships desk at agents@luxuryjapantravel.com.
