the place

A city that chose to become something other than one day.

The Peace Memorial Park lies at the heart of the delta, the Atomic Bomb Dome, a World Heritage Site, framed through the arch of the cenotaph, and the flame that will burn until the last nuclear weapon is gone. A short walk away, Shukkei-en, the garden of the Asano lords, laid out in 1620, gathers a lake, islands and tea pavilions into a garden of a few hectares.

The Private Collection offers Hiroshima and Miyajima as an extension at Hotel Granvia Hiroshima, reached by the Green Car from Osaka with your Tour Director beside you. The Classic Cherry Blossom Tour of Japan continues here on its Hiroshima and Miyajima extension, returning to Tokyo by first-class Shinkansen.
