The rooms are modern and light, turned to one of three views: the Fukuoka skyline, the green of Ohori Park, or the ships of Hakata Bay. The suites begin at seventy-five square metres, and the two largest, of 132 and 188 square metres, add a dining room and a kitchen for a private dinner. The Club on the 24th floor serves its own guests through the day.

The spa sits on the 24th floor, with treatment rooms that use ingredients of Kyushu, a gym with the city below, and an indoor pool beneath windows on the bay.

The hotel keeps kaiseki, sushi and teppanyaki under one roof, the beef from Iki Island; a Western dining room cooking with the produce of Kyushu; a cafe for afternoon tea; a lobby lounge of Kyushu teas and whiskies; and a bar with a terrace over the bay. The counters and yatai of the city are close by.

The tower rises above a new park in Daimyo, on the edge of Tenjin. From the upper floors the city runs down to Hakata Bay and the Genkai Sea on one side, and to the lake of Ohori Park and the stone walls of Fukuoka Castle on the other.
The shops of Daimyo and Tenjin are on the doorstep, and the yatai stalls along the Naka River are a short ride away in the evening.
