The 190 rooms and suites pair modern design with Japanese craftsmanship and spa-style bathrooms, from the Superior Rooms of 49 square metres and the Deluxe Rooms of 50 to 54, those on the palace side with a daybed, to the Premier Room of 61. The suites run from 67 square metres to the corner Panoramic Suites of 100, with the palace on one side and the city on the other, and the Imperial Suite of 283 square metres on the 38th floor.

The spa sits beside a 20-metre indoor pool with views of the city all round, with five treatment rooms, one of them a suite for two, ofuro baths, a steam bath and a jetted vitality pool. There is no hot spring at the hotel.

The 39th floor has an Italian dining room in the traditions of Sicily and Tuscany, with open kitchens and an outdoor terrace over the palace gardens and the skyline, and a French restaurant cooking with the ingredients of Japan, its open kitchen facing the palace gardens. An Art Deco cocktail bar shares the floor, and a lounge serves afternoon tea high above the city.
