The rooms, newly redesigned, run from the Eki and Marunouchi Rooms of 44 square metres face the station and the business district, the Ginza Rooms of 52 look towards Ginza, and the Corner Ginza and Four Seasons Rooms of 65 take windows on two sides or a full wall of glass. The suites run from the Marunouchi Suite of 72 square metres, with the station on one side and the skyline on the other, to the Tokyo Manor Suite of 160.

The spa blends natural materials and water features with contemporary Japanese design, and offers massages, facials and head and scalp therapies, with a traditional ofuro, a mineral bath modelled on a hot spring, a steam sauna and jet showers. The water is not a hot spring, and the fitness centre, open through the night, has floor-to-ceiling views over the city.
