The design fee starts at $500 for a standard itinerary up to 7 days. This cost reflects not only the labor and knowledge invested but also the quality and exclusivity of the service we provide. Please note, the fee is a one-time upfront payment that is non-refundable and not deductible from any future bookings. This fee is essential for us to begin the detailed and tailored planning process that characterizes our bespoke itineraries.

Each itinerary is fully customised and unique to your group. You intinerary contains all the necessary information to make your tour into a memorable experience. The minimum cost for Standard is $500, Enhanced is $800 and Premium is $1250. Booking of accommodation, activities, restaurants and the like are not included as part of the Intinerary Design Service and represent a separate service associated with our Custom Tour of Japan offering. If a guest and/or group chooses that Luxury Japan Travel provide their whole tour then bookings are automatically included.
